I love doing Alcohol Ink Backgrounds! They are so addicting! Every one comes out differently which is fun and exciting but makes it harder to part with the ones you love. You can see a Tutorial HERE.
This particular background was created with Archival Inks – Cornflower Blue, Orange Blossom, and a Bronze Alcohol Mixative. I hate to cover up any part of it so I just used a script stamp in a couple of places and spelled the word “Congrats” using Tim Holtz’s Alpha Letters. The Crinkle Ribbon was dyed using Distress Stains in Rusty Hinge and Broken China. It was layered onto a Soft Suede piece of card stock (SU!) .
