My daughter is turning 20 next week!!!! I do NOT know where the years have gone! I wanted to make her a special Birthday Card – a "Bellisima" Birthday Card! So…I broke out the preview products from the upcoming Spring Mini Catalog! 
The base card is Whisper White Card Stock. The first layer is Core'dinations Card Stock that has been run through the Big Shot using the Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Folder and then the Whisper White layer was embossed in the same way and then the edges were sponged with Regal Rose Ink and a Stampin' Sponge.
The Scallop Circle was created with the 3" Circle Die and then embossed with the Vintage Embossing Folder and then sanded with the Stampin' Up! Sanding System. The Whisper White circle was created using the Circles #2 Originals Die and then stamped with a greeting from the new Vintage Versus Stamp Set from the Spring Mini Catalog in Regal Rose Ink. The edge of the circle is distressed using the Stampin' Up! Distressing Tool and then sponged with Regal Rose Ink and a Stampin' Sponge.
The Ribbons are layered beginning with Whisper White Organza Ribbon and then two ribbons from the Artisan Embellishment Kit. The rose is also from the Artisan Embellishment Kit. The final embellishment is 3 strings of Basic Pearl Jewel Accents.

The inside of the card was layered with Core'dinations card stock and then Whisper White with the Beautiful Birthday stamp in Regal Rose Ink.
