Getting Dylusional With Dyan Reavely

What a fun day! Dyan Reavely was on this side of the pond for an all day class teaching her unique layering techniques for Art Journaling.  She is a riot!  I loved every minute I spent getting inky and messy with her Dylusion Sprays – which you know is out of my comfort zone!

Dyan’s working style is very different than anyone I’ve seen before.  She likes to prep about half the Art Journal at a time so when you’re inking, just keep going until you’re about half way through the book.  Also – don’t waste any of your ink – just turn to a new page and start something else.  Here are mine so far…

What a liberating experience!  I can’t wait to continue my Art Journey in my Art Journal! I’ll post pics as the pages progress.  I have a looooooooong way to go before my pages look like Dyan’s sensational creations like this:
