I created this card for a good friend of mine this morning. Lots of elements on here. The rolled roses are the same as the ones I did the other day. I'll be uploading a video for them later tonight. Enjoy!
The base card is Blushing Bride, then Soft Suede, then Very Vanilla. All edges are distressed using our Distressing Tools – Called "Cutter Kit" on page 208 of the Idea Book & Catalog. Next, the Vanilla Layer was run through the Big Shot using the Houndstooth Textured Impressions Folder (#123134) p 218. Then, I sponged the raised embossing with Soft Suede Classic Ink. The Blushing Bride card stock strip was embossed using the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Folder (#119976) and then sponged with Soft Suede Classic Ink. Again, he edges were distressed.
The ribbon is Blushing Bride Pleated Ribbon from the Occasions Mini Catalog. The Doily is from the Perfect Penants Die #123126 (page 221). There are two of them on that die and they're fabulous! The heart was cut using our Framelits – Hearts Collection #125599 from page 6 in the Occasions Mini Catalog. The pearls are from our Basic Pearls (I used the strips that are glued together.)
The flowers are Rolled Roses and are soooooo easy to do. These used the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch #119854. See the post above which includes a "How'd She Do THAT?! Video."
Beautiful card, Cathy! Where’s the brown circle behind the heart from?
That’s from the Perfect Penant’s Die. (I’ll do a supply list for the card today. 😉
Beautiful!! Love the colors and all the layers.
