Okay..so I saw this painted and HAD TO HAVE IT!!!! It was plain wood and I filed it and painted, painted, painted it. I'm really not crafty so it took a CRAZY amount of time and effort but I got more and more obsessed as I worked. LOL!
I hung it over the craft table that I made. I need to stop the madness and get back to my real job – filming my online classes for StampAcademy.com!

I sanded the edges to soften them a little. Then, I primed it and spay painted it. Painted the candles and painted the wood "crystals" in a silver glitter paint.
Then, I found pearl bracelets in the dollar bin at a store and cut them apart and re-strung them and draped them around the chandelier. The crystals are hung with beading thread.
I sprayed the whole thing with Smooch Spritz and hung it from the drop ceiling using wire. I hid the wire with one of the fabric scrunchy "thingies" that I had in my drawer forEVER!
Don't look at the messy craft room – just the faux chandelier! LOL!
