I'm sure you've noticed that I've been Challenge Challenged lately!  My posts have been few and far between this week!  Have you missed me?  I hope so!  I was running a sorority house here! Hugs, Me!

This has nothing to do with Paper Crafting but it was so funny I just had to share.  My daughter has two of her good friends visiting for a few days.  They decided to make smores enclosed in chocolate chip cookie dough! It smells incredible and they swear it is the yummiest thing EVER!  Here are some photos:

First, you make your smores – but cut the marshmallow in half and leave the top graham cracker off.

Next, wrap the smores in chocolate chip cookie dough and place them in a pyrex dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray and Bake for about 15-20 min at 350.

The marshmallows and chocolate squares melt inside the cookie!

This is my favorite picture of all!  The elapsed time is TWO MINUTES!!!!!  These girls usually eat really well and exercise!  Ridiculous!

Yummmmmmmm!

I have a few weddings coming up so I figured I'd use that theme for my Mojo Monday card.  I did the first version all SU!  Then, I added some mini rhinestones I had in my drawer (for about 10 years!).  I think I like the first one better.  What do you think?

My daughter and I spent time in my Craft Room together today!  What a special treat that was for me!  I had to do a baby banner for her Cheerleading Coach's friend.  We decided to surprise her coach with one for her daughter as well.  We matched the colors of the children's rooms using the papers from the showers and some retired ribbons and brads.  You can certainly improvise with current products and even use up some of the retired papers and ribbons you have in your closets!

Happy Father's Day!  I hope you enjoy the day with your families today!  I created this card this morning for a friend/neighbor of mine who is always so generous with his time and expertise!  He is amazing!  I swear! He would give MacGuyver a run for his money!  He can fix ANYTHING!  All the neighbors call him when no-one can figure out what their problems are – from your boiler to your generator, whatever!  He really is remarkable and unbelievably gracious!  So…this was a Thank You to Lenny!  Enjoy!
