Remnant Rub Resist is a Technique from Tim Holtz’s Compendium of Curiosities III Book and is the Challenge for this Week’s CC3C #24.
As part of the Challenge, the instructions are not detailed but you can see them in Tim’s Book. 😉  Picket Fence Distress Paint was splattered onto the front of the Tag using a Large Scale Splatter Brush.

Hey Cathy! This is a very cool tag. I am not a purple person but you have really created such a lovely background blended with the purples, blues and red tones. I LOVE IT! Nice job on the remnant rub technique here. Great placement of them and your center “ARTIST” rectangle and the other Ideaology things you’ve added really all work together to create a great tag!
