I know this isn't a Wedding Card – but I just HAD to squeeze this one in! LOL! I just got my Expressions Thinlits Dies and I just couldn't resist them!!! They're sooooooo fun! This card has almost no Stamping on it – just SoHo Subway Designer Series Paper and Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride and Very Vanilla Cardstocks. The "Thankful" greeting was created using the Expressions Thinlits and a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock. (**Best tips for removing your words – Sandwich your cardstock and Expressions Thinlits between two pieces of wax paper. Run through the Big Shot to cut the words and then use your Paper-Piercing Tool in the little holes to carefully pop the word out.) I then adhered it to a strip of Very Vanilla Cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The side panels are Crumb Cake Cardstock passed through the Big Shot using the Beautifully Baroque Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and then sponged with Chocolate Chip Ink and a Stampin' Sponge.
The Flower was created using the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle Punch. You can see a Video HERE. I sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip Ink and a Stampin' Sponge and then put a little 2-Way Glue on the edges and sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds Glitter on to create a little "bling." The "For You" is from the "A Round Array" Stamp Set (see below) and was stamped in Chocolate Chip Ink and punched out using the 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch. The edges were sponged using Blushing Bride Ink. It was then "popped up" with Stampin' Dimensionals and adhered to a 1" Circle Punch piece of Blushing Bride Cardstock that was sponged with Chocolate Chip Ink.
A Strip of SoHo Subway Designer Series Paper was used to decorate the inside of the card.
