Neutrals and Flowers – I love them both! Shabby Chic is my favorite style of Card Making and although I do stray to Clean and Simple sometimes, I always make my way back to Vintage! "Funnily" (I know it's not a real word – but my friend, Christina says if we can spell it, IT'S A WORD!) – Funnily enough, it's the Grunge Cards that get the most comments from YOU! So – I guess it's safe to say that they are your favorite! Is that true? Hmmmm…..you'll have to leave me a comment and let me know! All supplies are listed below. They are all Stampin' Up! and can be found in my ONLINE STORE. Enjoy!
I used the Distress Tool on all the elements of this card. (What do you MEAN you didn't even know it was in the catalog! LOL!) It's a must have for serious Paper Crafters! It is always on my desk and makes it VERY easy to distress cardstock. Sponging and the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set complete the overall Vintage feel of the card.
My trusty Paper Flowers make an appearance on most of my Grunge Cards. You can see a Video HERE if you don't know how to do them.
The "Thank You" banner was popped up using double Stampin' Dimensionals to create the "hump" in the card. (Makes me think of Young Frankenstein: "What hump?" – LOL or the new Geico commercial with the Camel – hump day! – I love that commercial! haha). The ends of the banner were created using the 1" square punch to take the bite out of the cardstock to create the "V."
